Our story
Mark & Laura are the husband and wife team behind The Dark Horse Espresso Bar. Laura is York born and bred and Mark was born and raised in Sydney, Australia. Laura spent over a decade in Sydney with Mark where they worked in the unique coffee and food industry. It's an industry that encompasses the Australian way of life and one that they hope to capture in their very own corner of York.
